- What size of organization do you work with?
- Mostly companies from a few dozen to several hundred employees. We scale the engagement to fit — from building a company-wide program to a small pilot within a single team.
- Can we talk to you before adopting any generative AI tools?
- Yes. Engagements often start with a foundational session, after which we work through where AI could fit in your actual operations. There is no need to have chosen a tool beforehand.
- Are you a reseller for a particular AI product?
- No. We do not resell tools. We evaluate options neutrally against your requirements and compare several services where that is useful.
- Can we engage you for only part of this — just training, or just guidelines?
- Yes. Training, workshops, and guideline development can each be engaged on their own. If it is not yet clear where to start, we can begin by working that out with you.
- We are concerned about putting internal information into external AI services.
- Guideline work includes drawing explicit lines about what information may go into which services. We have also built a private GPT environment that keeps usage entirely within a school's own network.
