Creative Designer (Web/Mobile)
Contract
Design the entire experience, from brand to product UI.
A designer who owns Q2A's brand and the experience design of each product. From web and mobile UI/UX to brand expression, you will translate "Question to Answer, and Action." into a visual language.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX design for web and mobile products
- Build and maintain the design system
- Extend the brand's visual identity
- Prototyping and user validation
- Ensure implementation quality together with engineers
What we look for
- Professional product design experience for web or mobile (roughly 3+ years)
- UI design and prototyping with tools such as Figma
- Experience building and operating design systems
Nice to have
- Illustration or motion design skills
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Branding project experience
Conditions
- Employment: Contract / Freelance
- Location: Fully remote — working from outside Japan is possible (for some roles this may not be permitted under our personal-data transfer policy)
- Hours: Negotiable
